Maintenance Agreement

A maintenance agreement is an arrangement between you and WesTechs that provides your company with complete support for all of your systems for a flat rate every month.

Once an agreement has been established, you will immediately benefit from:

* Simplified budgeting. You can budget on the same cost of our expertise every month and we will provide projections on any recommended future purchases.

*All-inclusive solutions. You will have access to every service we offer.  From a wireless network to a web site, we will take care of your every technology need.

*One free VoIP line. Get unlimited long distance to the United States and Canada using our VoIP service.

*Offsite backups. Use our offsite backup service to place a copy of your important information on our secure backup server.

*24x7 monitoring. Agreement holders are entitled to participate in our network monitoring program to help ensure maximum uptime and availability.

*Automatic responses. If our network monitoring center detects a problem with your equipment, we will dispatch a consultant 24 hours a day to correct the problem (depending on severity).

*Telephone support. You and your employees will have direct access to a support consultant, regardless of their issue or question. Simply pick up the phone to get a question answered or obtain help with a problem or task.

*Liaison services. We will represent you or your company when speaking to your Internet provider, telephone company, software vendor, or any other technology company you designate. This typically results in better communication and faster problem resolution.

*Periodic audits.  We will inspect your technology equipment end-to-end and offer recommendations on how to save money.  We have discovered unused phone lines, found less expensive Internet, telephone, and long distance services and more.  The goal of an audit is to increase productivity and reduce costs.
