*Offsite backups. Use our offsite backup service to place a copy
of your important information on our secure backup server.
*24x7 monitoring. Agreement holders are entitled to participate
in our network monitoring program to help ensure maximum uptime and
availability.
*Automatic responses. If our network monitoring center detects a
problem with your equipment, we will dispatch a consultant 24 hours
a day to correct the problem (depending on severity).
*Telephone support. You and your employees will have direct

obtain help with a problem or task.
*Liaison services. We will represent you or your company when
speaking to your Internet provider, telephone company, software
vendor, or any other technology company you designate. This

end-to-end and offer recommendations on how to save money. We have
