We start by making a
backup of your entire computer onto a separate storage device.
Instead of having you designate which data to save, we simply save
everything in case something is overlooked.
Next, we
completely remove everything that is on your computer. We "wipe
out", if you will, everything that exists on the machine. We then
install a fresh copy of Microsoft Windows, followed by necessary
updates such as drivers and Windows patches.
We then install
programs you require and update them as necessary. We only install
what you will regularly use - this is part of keeping a stable
computer. Program selection is performed alongside you.
Finally, we restore all of your data to its original location. Data
would include documents, pictures, music, etc. Your original backup
is kept for 5 days in the event something is missed (or you can
purchase the backup device used.)
