VoIP for Business

Is your company spending more than $45 a month on long distance? If the answer is yes, we can save you money.

No, we aren't selling long distance. We're selling technology.
Highlights

* No contracts.

* No codes to dial.

* No number changes.

* 15 free call features included.

* Unlimited directory assistance calls.

* Unlimited long distance calls to the United States and Canada.

Sound too good to be true?

Welcome to the world of VoIP (voice over Internet protocol.) Put simply, we will install a new telephone line at your business that uses your existing high speed Internet connection to make regular phone calls.

This VoIP line can be made accessible to one or every person in your office, includes unlimited long distance to the United States and Canada, and comes bundled with 15 free call features. There are no day/evening calling restrictions and the voice quality is indistinguishable from a traditional phone line.
What about my current phone system?

In most cases, we can integrate the new VoIP line with your existing phone system. If you currently dial 9 to reach an outside line, the only difference is you would dial 8 to access your VoIP line. To put it another way, dial "9 + number" to make a regular phone call, and dial "8 + number" to make a free long distance call.

If we are not able to integrate with your existing phone system, we usually recommend placing the VoIP line on a cordless phone system equipped with multiple handsets. Either way, we will find a solution that you are happy with.
No Changes Required

We recommend installing a VoIP line in addition to whatever phone lines you already have so that you do not have to change your existing phone numbers.

Although possible, we do not recommend replacing all of your traditional phone lines with VoIP lines (see below under "Things to Consider").
Save More with Remote Offices

To save even more, you can add additional incoming numbers (called virtual numbers) in almost any area code. This is an excellent way to allow your customers and colleagues to save on long distance. You can provide remote offices or customers a local number to reach you on.

For example: Your main office is located in Midland. This is also where the VoIP line is installed. You have another office in Lubbock. You add a Lubbock telephone number to your VoIP account. When anyone calls this Lubbock number, your VoIP line in Midland rings. Now anyone in Lubbock can dial a local number to reach you in Midland, and no one pays long distance.

Virtual numbers are not limited to Texas; they are available in almost every area code across the entire United States.
Things to Consider

While VoIP is wonderful technology, we would like to point out these important points:

* Just like a regular phone line, a VoIP line can only accommodate one call at a time. If more than one person needs to make a long distance call at the same time, you will need more than one VoIP line. (This limitation does not apply if you use call waiting or 3-way calling. Learn more about this on the free included features page.)

* A VoIP line requires a high speed Internet connection, such as cable or DSL. If your Internet connection fails or becomes unavailable, your VoIP line is unavailable. However, you will still be able to make long distance calls on your regular phone lines if need be, and your inbound calls will not be effected.

Pricing

The following information can be used to calculate your exact VoIP cost. Total amounts include all applicable taxes.

Installation

* Installation and configuration: $55.00 for VoIP line

* Phone system integration
(when possible): $75.00

* VoIP line equipment: Free

Your total installation cost will be $55.00 per VoIP line. If we are able to do so, we will integrate all of your VoIP lines for an additional $75.00.

Monthly Bill

* Unlimited long distance service: $45.00

* Emergency 911 cost recovery: $1.00

* Regulatory recovery fee: $2.50

Your total monthly bill will be $48.50 per VoIP line.

If you would like to add additional incoming numbers (as described above), simply add $5 per month with a one-time $15 setup fee.

As you can see, VoIP is an excellent alternative to expensive long distance services. Ready to get started or learn more?
