Our remote support system eliminates consultant travel time and expense by providing an instant connection to your computer. With your permission, the consultant can see your screen and operate your mouse and keyboard.

The software is easy to use and requires minimal user intervention. Authorization is required by the user to allow the consultant to connect to your computer. The software removes itself automatically when it is closed.
