Network Monitoring helps keep your organization up and running by watching your critical systems 24×7.
When a problem is detected an alert is sent to our technicians and your staff. Depending on the severity, alerts will come in the form of emails, text messages and/or automated phone calls.
If you have a support agreement with us, the alert opens a support ticket so we automatically start working on the issue.
What will trigger an alert?
Low server disk space, rising temperatures in a computer room, water detected on the floor or in the attic, a security camera that is down, etc. are some examples of alert triggers.
These alerts allow a problem to be corrected sooner rather than later and minimize downtime.
Standard voice, SMS and data rates apply with your carrier.
Westechs recipients and subsequent corrective action are based on your contractual agreement with Westechs.
