Call Waiting
Call Waiting allows you to answer a new call when you’re already on the phone
If you are on a call and an additional call comes in, your phone will play a beep through the handset or headset and you will be presented with the following screen:

Your phone’s screen will show the caller ID your original call at the top and the new incoming call at the bottom.
If you do not want to answer the additional call, you can press “Reject” to divert it to voicemail. Doing nothing will also allow the new call to go to voicemail.
Press “Answer” to put the first call on hold and answer the second.
Manage Call Waiting
Once you have answered the second call, you can:
Press “Swap” to change between the original and new call. Callers that you are not speaking with (as shown on the screen) are placed on hold.
Press “Conference” to merge the two calls into a conference. See 3 Way Calling for more options.
Press “End Call” to end the caller with the current caller; the remaining caller will be placed on hold. Press “Resume” to take this caller off hold.
