Hold

 NOTE: Hold is tied to a specific phone. You cannot put a call on hold on phone A and pick it up on phone B. The same phone must be used to place and remove a call on hold. To put a call on hold and retrieve on a different phone, use Call Park instead.

With a call in progress, press the Hold button.

The system put the call on hold. Reminder tones will be played every 60 seconds to let you know that you still have a call on hold.

Remember that Hold only works on your phone – you do not put a call on hold to retrieve it elsewhere. Instead – Park the call.

Press the Resume key. This will take the call off of Hold.
